REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

1.1 A fourteen day cooling off period applies, during this time if you change your mind the full purchase price will be refunded to you. After the cooling off period ends purchased are non refundable.

1.2 If you wish to exchange your product you may do so to any album product of the same or higher value. We regret that we’re unable to accept downgrades.

ALBUM DESIGN

2.1 Two rounds of design are included in the purchase price. The first draft and one round of changes. Further design drafts or alterations will be charged for.

2.2 Any album purchase must be approved for print within two months of the purchase or will be considered forfeited by you. In these circumstances the purchase price may be put towards the price of any other product for up to one year.

2.3 You are responsible for supplying Lydia Stamps Photography with your chosen images for the design in a timely manner.

2.4 Please note that cover colours, prints etc. may vary from the swatches and proofs. Lydia Stamps Photography is unable to accept responsibility for any such variations.

GUARANTEES

3.1 Albums are guaranteed from manufacturing defects this does not cover accidental damage or wear and tear.

DELIVERY

4.1 The cost of the album includes delivery directly from the album supplier. You accept liability for any delivery agents that must be used.

5.1 We will store your data in order to contact you about the design and delivery of your product. From time to time we may contact you about other offers or products we think may interest you. You’re free to unsubscribe from any further marketing activity at any time.
