When Kira got in touch about her wedding at Axnoller, I immediately knew it would be a beautiful day. I shot a wedding there a few years ago, and fell in love with the place then. Imagine a beautiful regency house set in the Dorset countryside, with decor that is truly jaw dropping that can be all yours for the weekend exclusively. It’s like having your own boutique hotel all to yourself with your mates, as aside from Axnoller House there are two other beautifully decorated properties on site as well as a pool and hot tubs and a barn for the party, which faces the valley with spectacular views and sunsets. It’s pretty dreamy. Anyway, on Saturday the day arrived and things got better and better, when I arrived and Kira passed me her dress bag to start the photographs. I unzipped it and couldn’t believe the beauty that emerged. Kira’s Yolan Cris dress was divine. Totally unique and modern, she looked cool and utterly beautiful all at once. Kira’s bridal style was complemented with make up by the super talented Michaela Chalk. The rest of the day followed suit with beautiful florals and greenery trailing the rustic tables in the barn by Jennifer Poynter and the twinkling lights in the barn making a perfect backdrop for the evening celebrations.
