I couldn’t believe my luck waking up on a warm sunny day in April as I headed down to The Green House Boutique Hotel in Bournemouth after months of grey days and rain. Caroline and I had talked about doing a few photos in the garden outside the hotel, but as it was such a gorgeous day I asked them both that morning if they’d be up for an adventure, and then booked an impromptu taxi to pick us up and take us to the beach just after the ceremony. Thankfully they were both up for it, and it was a lot of fun whisking them off to honeycomb beach where passers by congratulated them. We had so much fun and it just goes to show that breaking free from ‘the plan’ and being a little spontaneous really pays off.
The rest of the day was equally beautiful with Caroline’s stunning Suzanne Neville dress, and gorgeous vintage inspired details including candelabras draped with pearls and white accents of hydrangea, gypsophila and peonies. It was the stuff of dreams. And the food was delicious too, if you’re local to Bournemouth I’d definitely advise you try the hotel’s restaurant The Green Room. And in the evening Fishee Designs supplied a fabulous vintage photo booth, which of course I gate crashed!  Thanks for letting me be a part of your awesome day guys, you were so brilliant and up for my last minute change of plan. I’m so glad we was able to deliver you your dream of wedding photos on the beach!
